Yes, EMRpro has an integrated e-prescribing and medication record software called ePrivate Prescription. It allows you to send an electronic prescription to a nominated pharmacy of your choice, or send a 'token' to your patient which can be dispensed by any pharmacy.
Yes, EMRpro adheres to GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations to ensure data protection compliance globally. We use native and in-transition full encryption and latest data security technology to ensure all the data is secure and non-readable even if it is obtained by someone.
Yes, our solution includes these features as add-ons to our modular system. We recognise that all clinicians may not need these features, but they are integrated into EMRpro for those that need them.

EMRpro has an intuitive modular design; you pay for what your need. Video consultation and text messaging is standard as is document management. You can add e-prescribing, custom services, appointments, billing, vaccinations and reporting. Snomed CT diagnostic codes are built-in, and so much more.
We provide comprehensive support for data migration including mapping, transfer, and validation services.
EMRpro offers extensive customisation options to meet the specific needs of various medical specialties. This is in addition to the modular system approach so that different specialties choose only the functions they need.
Implementation is typically les then 1 week. Integration with other systems can take up to 4 weeks depending on the practice's size and complexity.
EMRpro guarantees high system reliability with redundant data centres, regular backup, and 24/7 monitoring.
We offer support Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm to practices and patients.
EMRpro is a desktop application and can be used on laptops and PCs. Mobile access is not supported.
EMRpro is updated from time to time to increase its functionality and remove bugs. This is scheduled, advanced notice is given, and done overnight to avoid downtime for practices.
